Returns work the same as any order — just contact us at info@floorsome.com.au and we'll process it. Once approved, Afterpay adjusts your remaining instalments or refunds you, depending on what you've already paid.

New Afterpay customers pay the first instalment at checkout. Once you've fully paid off your first order and 6 weeks have passed, you're considered an existing customer — from then on, for orders under $500, your first payment is taken 2 weeks after purchase. Orders over $500 always charge the first payment at checkout.
