We offer free shipping Australia wide! (with exceptions)

Some postcodes (remote) are not covered under our free shipping offer. If you want to check if your area is covered kindly email us with the rug you are interested in and your postcode. In some cases if we are unable to ship for free we will email you first and let you know if there is a cost. If this is not suitable we will issue a refund right away, so you will never be locked into paying for shipping.

It depends on where you are. Orders are usually dispatched in 1 - 3 business days and usually arrive 2 - 5 business days once shipped. WA, NT, TAS can take a little longer .

We use a variety of couriers for our products as Australia is a big place and we find some couriers better than other for different regions and products.

You can feel confident buying one of our rugs knowing that if you are unhappy with it in any way you can simply return it for a refund. 

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your rug for a change of mind return. If more than 14 days has passed we will not be able to take back any change of mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization from us.

Return shipping is payable on all change of mind returns, minimum cost is $30 ( +10% restocking fee) (Please note this cost can be higher depending on the rug and location you are in, if you would like to know the cost for your area please contact us).

Please note in the rare situation there is a fault with the rug, we will fully cover return shipping.
