We ship rugs to every state and territory in Australia, and shipping is free for most postcodes. Below are answers to the questions we get asked most often. If yours isn't covered, email us at info@floorsome.com.au.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free Australia-wide on all orders. A small number of remote and rural postcodes carry an additional surcharge — if your delivery address falls outside our standard zones, we'll let you know before processing the order so there are no surprises.

What happens after I place an order?

Order confirmation — you'll receive a confirmation email immediately. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder, then email us at info@floorsome.com.au if you still can't find it.

Dispatch — orders are shipped from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse within 1–3 business days (up to 5 days during sales and peak periods). You'll get a tracking link the moment your order is on the truck.

Delivery — the rug arrives at your door within the time frames above.

Australia's a big country, so we use a mix of couriers depending on your location and the rug type:

Tracking your order
Yes — we provide a tracking number and a tracking link with every order, sent to you by email when the parcel is dispatched.
What if I'm not home when it arrives?
If a parcel can't be delivered on the first attempt, the courier will either leave it at a nearby collection point or arrange a free re-delivery. They'll notify you via email, SMS, or a card left at your door, with instructions for what to do next.
Important: book your re-delivery within 5 business days. If the order is returned to us because no re-delivery was arranged in time, a non-refundable return shipping fee will apply.
Cancelling an order that's running late
Couriers' delivery times are estimates, and we can't be held responsible for courier delays. You can cancel any time, but you may be liable for return shipping if the order has already been dispatched. In the rare case the courier loses your parcel, we'll provide a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Returns
If you're not happy with your rug, you can return it within 30 days in unused condition for a refund (less return shipping). If the rug is faulty, we cover the return shipping. Full details on our returns policy page.
Where are your rugs sourced?
Our rugs are sourced ethically from manufacturers in India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Canada and elsewhere. All are grade-1 quality and produced without child labour.
