How much is shipping?

 Its free.

(On rare occasions if you live in a very remote area there can be an extra charge for shipping but we will let you know in advance)

Where do you keep your stock? 

Most of our stock is kept in Sydney, we also have a partner warehouse in Tweedheads for some of the outdoor mats. If you would like to check stock availability please ask us.

How long will it take to get to me?

This depends on where you live of course, we generally say about 5-8 working days but sometimes it will be much faster or sometimes a little longer if you live in a remote area. Please ask us if you would like a better estimate.

What happens when I place an order? 

1. Once your order is placed it will be processed into the warehouse within the next business day. At this point you will get an email letting you know its almost ready to be collected by the courier. 

2. Then in 1-2 business days the item will be collected by the courier and you will be sent tracking details.

3. The order arrives at your door!

Who is bringing my order to me?

We use a variety of couriers for our products as Australia is a big place and we find some couriers better than other for different regions and products.

What if im not home when it arrives?

If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free re-delivery.

If your parcel is scanned by the courier as available for re-delivery, and the your email address has been provided you will will receive an email notification. You may also be left a card by the courier.

This email notification or card left will include the information required to arrange a re-delivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or on the card that has been left on the premises.

It is important that you book a redelivery within the timeframe stated in the email, or on the card. This is because the parcel will be returned to the us after the stated timeframe. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number with every order.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes all our products are guaranteed. If you receive an item that you are not completely satisfied with, simply return it within 30 days, in unused condition and we will refund your payment. For more information please see our return policy page

Where are your products sourced?

Our products are sourced from many different places, from Canada to India and Sri Lanka. All are ethically sourced, grade 1 quality, and no child labour is used.
