How much is shipping?
(Some rural postcodes are not covered under our free shipping offer but we will let you know in advance if there is an extra cost.)
Where do you keep your stock?
Our stock is kept in our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. If you would like to see which warehouse your order will come from please ask us.
How long will it take to get to me?
Please note these are only estimates and delays can occur during busy periods. If you would like a more accurate ETA or need your rug by a certain date please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your suburb and we can let you know when to expect it.
What happens when I place an order?
1. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you have placed your order. If you cant find the confirmation please check your spam folder and then contact us at email@example.com and we can help further.
2. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link where you can track your order. (Please note during busy times shipping can take up to 5 business days)

Who is bringing my order to me?
We use a variety of couriers for our products as Australia is a big place and we find some couriers better than other for different regions and products.

What if I'm not home when it arrives?
If a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free re-delivery.
If your parcel is scanned by the courier as available for re-delivery, the courier will notify you of your redelivery options via email, text message or a physical card left.
The notification will include the information required to arrange a re-delivery - all you need to do is follow the instructions in the email, or on the card that has been left on the premises.
It is important that you book a redelivery within 5 business days. If the order is returned to us because redelivery or collection hasn't been arranged in time there will be a non refundable fee to cover the return shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide a tracking number and link with every order.
What if I want to cancel my order because it hasn't arrived in time?
Our shipping times are provided by the courier and are only an estimation. We are not responsible if the courier is late with your order. You can cancel your order at any time but you may be liable for a return shipping fee if you wish to do this. In the rare case that the courier has lost your order we will happily provide a replacement or refund.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes all our products are guaranteed. If you receive an item that you are not completely satisfied with, simply return it within 14 days, in unused condition and we will refund your payment less a return shipping fee. If the item is deemed faulty you wont be charged a return shipping fee. For more information please see our return policy page
Where are your products sourced?
Our products are sourced from many different places, from Canada to India and Sri Lanka. All are ethically sourced, grade 1 quality, and no child labour is used.
