I’m not unhappy with the rug, how can I be when I haven’t received it yet!!!!! I’m just unhappy with the lack of service, it’s been over three weeks and I still can’t get a delivery date from you, you just keep making excuses. So please stop asking for pics and to do a review!!!!! As far as I’m concerned you haven’t fulfilled my order!

I have purchased several Outdoor rugs from Floorsome over the last few years and they have continued to wear well undercover on our deck.
This Alaska Rug seems of similar quality, however this Rug does have one or two little tufts of material sticking up in the weave, but not a real issue.
It would be helpful if the website had a note to say that expected delivery times from Perth may be several weeks longer than normal, as my delivery was delayed.
My tracking enquiry was however followed up with replies and even a final email to confirm the rug was delivered.
So good customer service on that front.

Love the soft padded kitchen mat especially on the days when my feet are aching, so comfy. Looks great in our newly renovated kitchen and excellent quality. I was so impressed with the mat i ordered another in a smaller size. One for the kitchen sink and one for the counter area where i do all my prep work. Customer service was exceptional in assisting with changing one of the mats. Highly recommend this company.
