We match + 10% of the gap
We match the competitor's price and reduce ours by an extra 10% of the difference between the two.
Example: Our rug is $200. You find the same rug at $180 elsewhere. The difference is $20. We match the $180 and apply an extra 10% of $20 ($2) discount — you pay $178. If you'd already bought it from us at $200, we'd refund the $20 difference.
Conditions
- The competitor's item must be in stock and available for purchase.
- The product must be identical — same brand, size, and colour.
- Advertised or promotional pricing must be current at the time of the request.
- Proof of price is required (a link or screenshot is fine).
- Postage and delivery fees are factored into the price comparison.
- We reserve the right to confirm pricing directly with the competing retailer.
- A price-matched rug carries the return policy of the store we matched.
