Buy with confidence — if you're not happy with your rug, return it within 30 days in unused condition for a refund (less return shipping). If the rug arrives faulty, we cover the return shipping.

Pick the right rug size the first time. A few minutes with a tape measure now will save you a return shipping fee later.
Use a measuring tape to mark out the area. The simplest trick: masking-tape the outline of your shortlisted rug size on the floor so you can see exactly how it'll feel in the room before buying.
