Changed your mind? Return your rug within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Sale items are included. Return shipping (from $30) and a 10% restocking fee are deducted from your refund. If the rug arrives faulty or damaged, there's no restocking fee and we cover the return shipping.
