🧹 Care: Expect light shedding for the first few weeks; that is the loose wool fibre settling and it eases off with regular vacuuming. Use a suction-only head with the beater bar off to protect the hand-tufted pile, and blot spills straight away with cold water and a clean cloth: never rub, and skip harsh detergents on wool.
